🧵🪡 Pictured Top: The 8th graders designed, programmed and embroidered designs for each Kindergarten student to have their very own reading pillow with their names on them. The 8th graders utilized their sewing skills that they learned this year to sew the pillow together. They included a book and a stuffed animal. (Absent Kolton Barr- Kolton made 2 pillows)
Pictured Below: The FCS 1 class made the reading pillows for all the 2nd graders. Missing is Rihanna Ortiz and Jacob Wieseman. Halee Peterson also made one of the pillows for this class too.

Kindergarten had their last Project Learning Tree session with Colleen Pallas this afternoon! We talked about the different parts of the tree being like a factory, with each part having an important job! We worked together to make a living tree, pretending to be each part. Then, we received our own real tree to plant! Thank you, Colleen for a wonderful year, and to the NRD for our trees! ❤️🌲
