6-12 PRINCIPAL NEEDED!!

Osceola Public Schools is accepting applications for 6-12 Principal for the 2024-2025 school year.

A successful candidate will have experience in fostering a collaborative environment among staff members to create a positive learning environment for students and development of staff, building relationships with students and staff, and developing a learning community.  An ideal candidate would have experience in MTSS, CIP, and curriculum development.  We are creating systems, district-wide, to develop a K-12 MTSS process and putting focus on the development of CTE programs.

Responsibilities will include providing leadership, development, and evaluating school operations, working with other administrators to develop plans for improvement in the school district, and be the instructional leader at the secondary level. Other responsibilities will include collaboration with stakeholders, student behavior, and staff usage and development.

This position would require the candidate to work cooperatively as part of a team, communicating effectively with students, staff, administration, and the community as a part of developing a climate of respect and excitement about school.

Osceola is located an hour or less from Omaha, Lincoln, and Grand Island, right between Columbus and York on Highway 92.  Osceola is a progressive community, known for good academic performance and community support and is looking for an innovative/energetic individual to nurture a student's love of learning.

AG OR IT TEACHER NEEDED!!

BUS DRIVER NEEDED!!

Osceola Public Schools is looking for someone interested in driving a bus on a part-time, full-time, or substitute basis. All training and certification costs will be covered by the school district. Driver needs to have a clean driving record and a CDL with passenger permit. PARAEDUCATOR NEEDED!!

Osceola Public Schools is looking for paraeducators to assist our students and teachers in creating a productive learning environment for the 2024-2025 School Year.  Upon hiring, the grade level placement would depend on the skills of the applicant.  If you are interested, please fill out an employment application save the pdf, and mail or email. We are in need of multiple positions, a one to one paraeducator and also a classroom paraeducator.

The following qualifications would be preferred, but not required: 1. Some post-secondary education, 2. be willing to take a level two driving course to transport students, 3. be able to lift 50 lbs.
